PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS.I booked a package for myself and a friend.I then realised the same package was on groupon for a fraction of the price.I messaged the business page asking if they were happy to match the price.They explained that Groupon take a lot off them and they would only make £13. I explained I would be happy to pay at the establishment directly so they can make the amount shown on the offer, this was agreed.Upon entering today a lovely lady welcomed us in.We sat down to fill out consultation forms and a lady presents herself. Well I say presented, she didn’t give her name.She said to me “so who’s Lucy” at this moment in time I felt that I was being asked for my identity in relation to the messages about the price.I explained it was me and she said that she had seen the messages and blamed the reply on another member of staff that agreed on a price match alongside groupon doing a “flash sale” which she didn’t know about.If a company is on a business term with another voucher company to me- that’s their responsibility.By this point I felt uncountable, I was ready to relax and felt far from it.We got told no way “they would cut even or even make anything” this was unprofessional.We then got told to make up our minds on the package and “ get ourselves in there as soon as” & “ go on then wel have to do it at that price”Between filling the forms I could heard the staff member upstairs rattling a packet and eating her dinner. How does that fit into a relaxing day?I explained at this point I wasn’t comfortable to have a treatment and the professionalism didn’t even exist at this point.We then got told that was fine and was lead to the door.I’m a beautician myself and I have NEVER recieved customer care like this.Me and my friend left hoping in the car the lady had made a mistake and we would recieve an apology- this evening I have looked and I am now blocked on my personal pages from this business.I kept calm, reasonable and explained things were not handled correctly and the aftermath also shows this.You go into a holistic place ready to wind down and relax but unfortunately we were met with the rudest, brazen, cold situation.Whether a package is discounted or not in testing times DO NOT waste your money here.No guidelines on running a business and no professional standards are needed present.Disgraceful.

Fabulous service. I have been 4 times and just booked for another session.The staff are all very lovely and made me feel really welcome and at ease.The hot stone massages are second to non.I booked for the pamper package which consisted of a hot stone massage, foot spa, facial and refreshments. I have exceptionally sensitive skin on my face and opted not to have the facial. I was offered alternative treatments to compensate for this even though it was my choice not to have it.The quality of the treatments are fantastic and very reasonably priced.Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.I’m already looking forward to my next treatment.Thank you.

A beautiful place, with the most amazing energy! I've been today and I'm totally blown away! From the moment I walked in I felt like I had come home. After the past life regression today, I feel like some deep wounds have been healed. I will certainly be back, it's a really wonderful space with a variety of services!
