My first time dealing with Prestige and it was an absolute pleasure. From the start Nigel was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He guided me through the whole process with ease, experience and patience, making sure I got what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the car and the experience I’ve had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Definitely recommend! Thanks guys

Hi everyone...I bought a Volvo V50 2,0 diesel 4 weeks ago and still in warrantyWhen I bought the Volvo I knew it was difficult to start the car on the cold weather... but actually it is exactly the same on the warm weather.I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stock at home, friends, supermarket, ect... because the car won’t start. After a while the battery is completely dead. So many time I had ask someone to rescue me.The car was sold with a full service history but that not true!the cam belt, water pump and the alternator belt should have been change 3 years ago. I had to repair almost straight away to avoid some more problems.The cooling vase is broken, I realise the day after.The air conditioning doesn’t work. I didn’t know it was cold when I purchase the car.The DPF has to be change soon... Soot Filter Full in the dashboard.So much smoke coming out from the exhaust when the engine is cold.I am worried for the next MOT in 6 months time.The list go on and onI bought a car in a garage to have a free set of mind but actually I had so much stress with that car.I had no help from Prestige GarageThey told me you bought this car and now it is your problem.No very professional isn’t it.

Traveled all the way down from East Yorkshire to view a car and was not disappointed.The service was excellent and there was no pressure. I was left to look at the car as long as I wanted then took it for a test drive with the salesman Nigel who was most helpful.Would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!Purchased a car from this garage last September, the car has spent more time sat on my driveway then on the road. The endless issues started within the warrenty but the garage still refused to take the car back. I have been advised a suspected engine replacement is needed, this would be more than the cars worth. Constant other issues, so much time and money wasted I would advise to stay well away.Edit- yes I did purchase the car from here, my partner was the person that brought the car for me. the car will need a total of £4000 worth of work done, including a new head gasket. I haven’t even owned the car a year, I contacted prestige previously and they refused to take the car back. DO NOT GO HERE

Had a great experience at Prestige Motors Kent. Nigel is incredibly helpful and friendly and we are very happy with our new car which was well presented. There was a slight problem with the door when we viewed it, but Nigel was more than happy to get it fixed for us at no extra charge, also providing us with a full years MOT. Very happy with our experience, highly recommend! :)

Recently bought my new car from Prestige Motors Kent. Absolutelydelighted with the service, no pushy sales team at all. The car wasreally nice, clean and in very good condition. I have had no issues withit at all since. I would recommend this dealership to anyone anddefinitely will be back for my next car.

Can't fault the purchasing process..1 very small thing worth mentioning is the tire pressure on one of the wheels was extremely low (with no warning lights etc) and is something I think should be checked by the dealership before being driven away.But that's not enough not to give these guys a 5 star.Thanks again, Love the car!
