Ordered online. Food didn't arrive after two hours, but the money was still processed by Favourite Chicken. Tried ringing the shop numerous times but no one picked up. I would understand if I had ordered out of hours, but sadly I had not. Normally the chicken is decent - when you get it - but now we have been shafted a few times.

Ribs not halal be watch full. Chicken is great compared to other chicken shops. But again I wouldn’t say it be for halal consumers all together. But for what it is it’s great.

First time visiting a chicken shop in 5 years and I found it really tasty. Really friendly staff. Cooked the food right in front of us. Food piping hot. Wings were a little crunchy for my liking but still good. I really enjoyed my meal.

Great spot to get a quick dinner, the food is always good. The peri chips are the best, some days I go there just for the chips. Staff are always friendly.

UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN, returned to the shop. I had to argue with the staff, yet they thinking spices were making the chicken remain pink. They claim that all their chickens are socked in Magnet powder to improve the flavour of the food, which can also turn the chicken pink ( that doesn't sound edible to me either; I hope it is marinating powder). I brought it for 5.85; they have refunded the 5 pounds in cash as they don't have access to passwords to the system. Still, they failed to provide edible food.The chicken tasted raw; that's only when we noticed the colour and texture.Friendly staff, but it would have been helpful if the food was edible.

Management is rubbish the glass guy is very stupid with customer .Not smiling not welcome.Should be working more professional and treat better all customer.I was complain because him gave me very litter chips. less them the edge and I not happy.After him come rude .

Service is really quick. Prices are not really clear and expensive. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes the chicken hasn’t been cooked when I’ve brought it home. The chilli poppers are really tasty and so are the chips. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here though
