Great team at the reception desk, very helpful and courteous, had a Couple of occasions when after service / mot work car door handles / steering wheel had dirt / grease on them. I do think this area needs to be improved. Overall still going back, plus pricing is OK.

Thanks to Rich, and all the guys that sorted my Tyre Pressure problem out today. You're always there when i need you, and you do good work. That's why I always keep coming back to you for all my servicing and repairs.

These guy's are wel worth a visit, fantastic state of the art facility, absolutely great customer service and very friendly, technicians are excellent and efficient, great price and very competitive, definitely will use more and highly recommended, great with all German cars, definitely know there stuff. Fitted me in at short notice and provided a loan car when needed.

Three different mechanics have tried to fix my car without much luck. Then someone recommended B&M Care. I have to say it took them two days to find the issue, but I'm happy someone finally fixed my car!Highly recommended for any Mercedes owners.

Excellent from start to finish. Kept updated at all times. Went in with no idea what was wrong with my 1 series after another garage had washed their hands with it. Full diagnostic done and repairs completed in a timely manner. Super helpful on vehicle hand over and very informative. Hopefully I won’t be back, but deffo my first choice if needed again! Messed me about for few days and they wouldn't fix my bmw, they were keep telling me to come and pick it up, the warranty company ask for video proof and they did not want to send it, they lied at first about calling them, they just charged me for a diagnose and that was it, cowboys.

Excellent pricing and honesty with fast turnaround. Sorted my buckled BMW wheel out replacing it with a genuine BMW allow wheel quickly and at a great price. Will be returning for future services and any other repairs needed.

I had my BMW 320d in for a coolant leak. The guys did a good job in finding the leak and fixing the problem. But only to find out the coolant indicator had been snapped off, and was missing from my expansion tank. Prior to bringing my car in, my car was leaking coolant and required me top it up on a daily basis, so I know it was there the morning I dropped my car off. After raising the complaint, the mechanics denied any wrongdoing and advised “it was already broken”. After escalating the issue to a manager, he too spoke with bad attitude and very poor customer service, again backing his mechanics and advised it was already broken, though agreeing to replace the expansion tank next working day.Even the so called car wash was a half job, as it appeared they just jet washed the car with no use of any car shampoo, as I could see the dirt on the car. I expected a lot more from B&M Care Ltd. The matter should have been investigated as mechanics can then cause further damage to other customer’s cars. I know I won’t be going back after showing negligence and poor workmanship, makes me doubt if anything else was broken which I can’t see. I was charged full rates for a not so professional job. BEWARE.
