Dunelm

I was in coffee shop paisley Dunelmwith my grandaughter who is only 6months & was crying the lady that was serving came over straight away asked if I ended anything e. g baby bottle heated or cooled asked if I wanted a drink brought it over for me & also a nice cool drink of water. Thank you lovely staff greatly appreciate x

Quite a nice outlet. On two levels. Some nice stuff. Have bought floor coverings here before. Didn't buy anything on this occasion.

Lovely Dunelm in paisley, not far from Glasgow city center.Situated in a big shopping center where there are big store as well.This Dunelm has very nice collection of curtains, bedsheets, duvet set, cushion etc.This store has 2 floors, ground and first.The only thing is that in this shopping center there is not much to eat like no mcdonald's or burger king.Although you may find a mcdonald's and kfc near by.

Great store for loads of household items. Great prices as well.

We were shopping for bedding and there is a huge selection. We asked for assistance from a young lady called Lindsay and she was very professional and helpful. She knew her stock. She deserves recognition. The checkout was busy but very efficient with shoppers swiftly processed.

Will not come back here. I came to return a pair of curtains, I folded and packaged them as good as I can. It wasn’t perfect but it was definitely folded decently and as much as you could expect for a return. When I went to the till to return them, I was told by the cashier that they are not folded good enough to be returned and that I should “go to the folding table on the shop floor and fold them better”. I explained that I already folded them to the best I can do, so going and folding them again probably won’t be make any difference. However, she insisted I go there because otherwise they won’t take it back. So I went to the folding table and asked the shop assistant there if she could please help me fold the curtains, because they refused to take them back at the till. She was rather unfriendly and condescendingly said “normally I don’t do this but I will give you a hand”. I wonder what her job as a shop assistant is then if not assisting customers…. Anyway, she started folding them for a good 10 minutes and when she wanted to put them back into the plastic wrapping, she literally said “they will take them back out anyway”. After the 15 mins of messing around only for them to take them back out (her words) I went to back to the till, this time to another cashier. Upon handling the return process, she said “I heard your conversation with my colleague earlier, just next time make sure to bring them back in the condition they were in because the plastic packaging is ripped and normally we would have to take 10% off”. The plastic packaging was only open at the top, so that I can take the curtain out and I told her that “somehow I have to open them though”. However, she ignored this and kept going on about how they need to be in the condition they were in and how the plastic was ripped. At this point I gave up, because it seemed pointless to argue with them. I honestly felt like these people are out for it, just abusing the little power they have. Really appalling customer service and I won’t be back.

I liked Dunhelm but don't walk about the shop looking for click and collect you just join the queue , didn't like that not the quickest set up

This shop has lots of choices in products a good coffee cafe and good access for wheelchair users, again parking is good but only THREE HOURS.
