Got most of my physical games there and has good enough service and delivery too.

I try to sell my game every time I did they said they had no money for about 3 weeks it’s ridiculous.

Brought in a ps4 today to sell, all paperwork done and was then told it would be tested later that day and I would get an email confirmation. I got a call around 2 hours later saying there was a software issue and they couldn’t buy it, so I ended up going back and picking it up. Got it home and the issue was they wasn’t connecting to Wi-Fi but was trying lan instead. The problem I now have is that it isn’t reading any discs and is full of scratches which wasn’t there this morning, and baring in mind I tested FIFA on there half an hour before we went there. I feel something is very suspect with them as they wouldn’t test a working product while I was there, and it now comes back broken.

For all your gaming needs, to buy or sell anything computer oriented then this is the place to head for.

Staff were so incredible patient towards patients , despite turning up 5 minutes before closing timewe got there with about 5 minutes to spare but they weren't trying to hurry us out at all they actually come to help whereabouts items were on the Isle just to make it quicker

Rob dogs say one thing does another and take a age to test things tbh dont use liucky to get a:single star staff aint all that

Always friendly and professional. Great advice on what to buy and hassle free when using the drop and go service for trade in.Surprisingly good selection too for a smaller store.

Not bad, a little small but not bad, great deals, bargins on games dvd's ect. My rating would be a little higher if it wasnt for the fact 2 members of staff at the gillingham branch being very very rude and disrespectful towards customers. Shame really

Usually better prices. We bought few things and better then anywhere else.Nice and friendly staff.They have consoles, phones, CD with movies and games. Also for Xbox. Someone can find always something.

Staff very friendly and helpful. All game discs are inspected before sale to ensure a good copy. Shop very clean and very well laid out. I have always had a positive shopping experience in any CeX shop I have purchased from. A lot of other high street retailers should try and aim for a similar level of shopping experience. Top job CeX.
