Used click and collect service. Incorrect items picked and bagged. Should have inspected them before leaving store but who thinks of that? Returned to store to exchange. No apology given. Instead I was made to feel like I was being awkward. This was Thursday 16th July - counter perspex screens in place but no social distancing or mask wearing by staff. Gave an overall feel of general apathy towards customers.

The staff are really friendly amazing customer service. Told one guy in car park what I was looking for to be greeted in the shop with the item. In out in mins back to my job. I would highly recommend after some terrible customer experience in bq recently. Thank you tp staff.
