Fantastic service from Christopher who is extremely knowledgable. Very fair pricing and transparent when ordering parts and providing advice. He is also very tidy when he works! Nothing is too much trouble and the communication is excellent. He does go above and beyond to help a customer so would thoroughly recommend to all. He recently fixed a Smeg domino, my oven switch and my dishwasher.

Chris has looked after our washing machine for some years now, but when he came this time it was to tell us the circuit board was the problem. As a new board is expensive, and the machine was over 10 years old we decided it was time to buy a new machine.We asked Chris if he could recommend one, not only did he do that, but took our old machine away, purchased and delivered the new one, and installed it. Then he explained how to use the machine, which save me hours of reading the instructions.Needless to say we could not be more pleased with the service we received from Chris.He can be relied upon to always arrive on time, and do a neat and tidy job.
