Both Wyre vale and Acresfield are lovely parks, lots of work going on on Acresfield which will make it look absolutely stunning, the re-sale properties certainly offer better value for money overall as unfortunately the stately 10 year warranty isn’t really worth the paper it’s written on, you should certainly check the reviews on the stately warranty.Wyre vale park has a great community spirit and the only thing that lets it down is the road which I believe is being rectified this year by the owner.All in all this is possibly the best 2 parks in Lancashire.

Visiting a friend who lives there, a lovely Park, which we considered living on a few years ago, but opted for another location. Houses for sale on Wyre Vale Park but are soon sold as such a super location.
