My dog had been going to the Blue Cross since she was a puppy unfortunately I had to have her put to sleep today and the care they gave was outstanding my Bella is out of pain nowThankyou Blue cross for all you did for her.

We’ve taken our elderly cat there as we thought in emergency hospital will be the best option. At the door we were told we need to be on benefits for her to be seen. Even after we clarified that we don’t want anything for free and we will pay for treatment ourselves, our very sick cat was turned away. Don’t get fooled by nice slogans on their site, there was not an inch of compassion for ,as we found out next day from our vet, dying animal.

They wanted to spay my dog at 4 months old when she’s a big breed What a bunch of absolute animal rookies Any vet would know it is not correct to neuter a dog before the age of 9-12 months when it’s a big breed
