O2 Shop Staines

I thought it was closed! The doors were shut, there was nobody around and the lights were dim.But no! They were open!I was looking for a SIM only deal but the best they had was about 3x the price of anyone else. That's why the shop was empty.They might as well have been closed!

Not attentive staff at all. They need retraining how to deal with customers. They are not smiling at all and very unhelpful.

This is a completely wasteful store. It saddens me how it is meant to serve as a local store however the number of times I tried calling and yet there was no answer is astonishing. For a phone company they do a shocking bad job at at least answering the phone. O2 don’t even bother replying to this as it is clear from other reviews this is something to work for. Hire someone to watch the phone at least.Poor customer service

A few days I went into O2 in Staines to resolve a small issue. Sid politely greeted me and resolved the problem. I was given a 5 Star Service. Sid was courteous polite and very professional

Very bad service, My parents which are in there 80s were have trouble with there phone so they went all the way to Staines Store to speak with someone about it as they could not use the phone as the SIM card had expired.The person they spoke to was clearly not interested. All he did was give them customer service number and told them to call them which they could not do as the only number they could dial was an emergency number.So they came home and when I came around ask me to do it for them on my phone so they had no phone for a few days thanks to that Staines employee.I’m utterly appalled by this.Why he could not phone them up customer service for them I don’t know.Wonder what he would have done if his parents were treated the same way.All he wanted to do was serve the next customer to make money.After this I going to cancelled my 02 account and my mum and dads.Will never go back to 02 againGreat response from the owner can’t even be bothered with care just a standard template. Glad I’m never dealing with these muppet’s again.

Staff only wanted to sell me the latest expensive phone.Ignored all my points about wanting a minor upgrade. Not to triple my cost.After everything. I eventually wore the sales guy down to just showing me the phone/contract I wanted. And they were out of stock.Waste of time. Rather than get a sale for £38 a month, he pushed for £69 a month. And made no sale. I'm off to another shop.

Probably one of the worst O2 shops I've been too. Staff and manager haven't a clue about some of the Ts & Cs within O2 contracts. Think re training is needed, staff also rude - customer service/experience is not a priority at this shop. Only person who is decent wears glasses and beard.Better off avoiding this shop and going to Hounslow, where staff members know what they are talking about and provide better service.

I visited this shop to sort my phone details and swap over from virgin out, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and polite.It was so easy to get everything sorted in this shop in the Elmsleigh centre.

Digital communication chain providing mobile phones, contracts, broadband and accessories. This showroom is a. Good place to order. The staff is really helpful with full knowledge of the product specially Mr. Vis a gem of a salesperson. I would recommend buying here all your future gadgets and contracts.

Poor service, bad advice , which to cut a very long story short, made me switch to Lycra. I simple renewal, gave me 2 weeks of dealing with O2 call centres, which if you really want poor customer service , its the ultimate. But it all started at this shop, guy just wanted to upsell, and basically told me a load of .......avoid at all costs
