PlayStation UK office

Terrible customer service, tried booking in to fix my ps5 online, email, phone, waited 1:26 hours for the call to be put down at after all that time waiting. £0.66 minute, cost me £56.00 for nothing. Keep telling me to ring the same number but can’t afford to feed my kids now, not got any money left to ring them. Shocking service

I made a payment to send my PS4 to them to repair it. They emailed me saying they will send me a return label and instructions what to do. A week and a half later I’ve been calling them about the payment I made and they asked me for the reference? What reference? They’re saying they haven’t received the payment… they can go DO ONE!!! Telling me I paid money to them but they can’t find payment record??? They can definitely do one

I attended an interview, courtesy of this company. One of the interviewers was constantly doodling on paper and hardly showed any eye contact and her body language gave me the impression that she did not want to be in the room. Unfortunately and unexpectedly, I had to wait several weeks for feedback, along with enduring dreadful communication with this company, to then receive a vague and unhelpful rejection email. I unequivocally would not recommend anyone to work for this company.

Worst customer service ever.Game refund flow is horrible.After submitted refund request, in the auto replied email, it says it shall be processed with 48 hours.After 3 days, still no feedback. No one answered the phone.Update: Received reply after 4 days.Why refund can be this hard?

Disgusting service. They should be ashamed.

£600 to receive faulty controllers and they won’t change them although hundreds of users have the same problem. A known hardware issue that eventually makes you pay more and more for a supposedly “edge” console. Total disgrace. Never giving money to them again ❌

Went for a meeting but looks like a great place to work, cafe on the ground floor.

Numerous calls to get sorry were closed, after they took 49.99 out of my account for a subscription I cancelled 2 years ago last year they took it out again and I called to recieve no help so I let them have it and kept my ps plus. The guy talked me though how to cancel in future to which after we went through the process I confirmed it was already cancelled so couldn't uncheck a box that was already unchecked. Then Xmas day 2021 they took the money again 2nd year in a row without permission after 3 calls the guy refunded it even though I told him I didn't want it refunded as my bank already done that for me I just wanted the year subscription removed as I have a monthly one already paid for and in place. He ignored me and cancelled anyways. Absolout joke of customer service. I've owned all sonys playstions and to be told my account will be blocked for him not listening is laughable. They forget this is the UK and I have rights.Edit: finally sorted a problem and guy who helped was decent. Very polite unlike the previous advisor, Sony need to learn the customers make the company and of they screw over the customer base the Risk people going to rivals for their entertainment needs.

Since I go here often as a friend's and family it's been lovely.They have great events and activities if you are staff.
