Halifax Holiday Hounds

Halifax Holiday Hounds sounded ideal for our 6 month old pup. They had tons of experience of dogs, including service dogs (ours is a service dog in training) and right from the start Emma, Simon and Ethan were very reassuring, knowledgeable and understanding of my worries about leaving our dog. I am a helicopter puppy mum and needed lots of reassurance. They’d asked me lots of questions to offer the best bespoke service for him. I was updated daily with videos or photos and a little about his day. It was very reassuring and they checked first that I wanted that. Paxton came back happy and healthy and clearly had great time. His body language told me how comfortable he was with the family. We will only use them in the future and I highly recommend their amazing service.

Could not recommend enough! We had our puppy stay for 2 nights and felt so at ease when we visited. Such kind and genuinely caring people who kept us updated throughout our puppies stay, we know he was so well looked after and will probably be a bit disappointed when he comes back to us! Lovely family with friendly dog companionship for my dog. Safe and secure environment. Sent photos of my dog throughout her stay. She was absolutely knackered when we got her back which is always good!
