Elio is a great representative for Bravo. A initial in person visit really gave us assurance on the quality of the product, their expertise and what we could expect. He gave us excellent advice on design choices and options. Elio was on hand from start to finish and was always free to answer a query or progress updates. The installation team were professional and completed as scheduled with no issues. We very happy with our new cupboards! I have already recommended him to friends of mine.

I made an online request and was contacted very swiftly by a gentleman named Elio. Throughout he advised me of pricing (and remained very fair), projected timescales, colour schemes and made sure that the final product aligned with exactly what I had asked for. He sent regular check-in messages to ensure that everything was going according to plan and the final wardrobes are absolutely incredible - he is a man of his word! The two gentlemen who came to fit the wardrobe were incredibly considerate of their surroundings and did a wonderful job too. A pleasure to deal with Elio and the whole Bravo team for the first wardrobes in my first home. A cut above the rest without question. Thank you!

Elio and the team made our walk in wardrobe dreams come true. from the first call to the time they finished, it has been an A+ service. Got it done a week earlier than originally planned which was amazing. Highly recommend. I was kept in the loop from start to finish!

From the outset, I could tell Elio had a passion for joinery and customer satisfaction. Round-the-clock updates, helping resolve my most exacting of queries. We visited Bravo's offices rather than receive a site visit, which didn't prove any impediment to Elio visualising a great design. Despite some hiccups with the order, and some small issues with the install, these were resolved to my satisfaction promptly, and we've ended up with some really high quality bedroom wardrobes and drawers, fitting the space perfectly. Having shopped around a lot, I found Bravo's quote to be competitive, and the workmanship is excellent, unlike much of the bigger-name showroom examples we saw.

Found Bravo London online looking for reasonably priced built in wardrobes - which is hard to find! They were incredibly helpful from start to finish. I sent a wish list of items I wanted built and went through the consultation / pricing process to narrow down what they could do and agree a suitable budget for it. I had a tricky space/dimensions to work with and they suggested creative solutions to make it work. I’m really pleased with the result and will use them again!

Bravo made us wardrobes, a bathroom cupboard and a single bed base with draws. The new furniture looks beautiful and works very well. All we could have hoped for. Bravo workmen were reliable and made sure we were happy with the end result- a great service.
