Paddons Veterinary Surgeons

Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Extremely patient and kind vet to my frightened and snappy dog.

We have been with this practice for over 13 years now.We've always found them to be empathetic to not only our needs but also our faithful companions.We recently had to say goodbye to our dog , Megan Barkle, and this heartbreaking day was softened by the compassion and dignity given by the nurses and vet (Mica).A few days later we received a card with a packet of flower seeds to plant in her memory.....such a beautiful thing to do.Thank you for everything you did for Megan throughout the years...right up to the very end !

I wouldn’t give this vets a one star , my dog was extremely unwell he had been in their care for the day and they sent him home. He was in a terrible state and had to go moreOr less straight to the emergency vets, when we got there they said he was in pain and this breaks my heart ❤️ he had then intensive care. Unfortunately we lost him a few days later. Also I rang twice To speak to them on separate occasions because I was concerned and was told there were no appointments available even though at this point he wasn’t to bad I explained that he could of ate something in the garden that’s made him unwell and I was told he wouldPass it if that was the case. Absolutely disgusting and the more people I have spokenTo the more awful things I hear!!! I’llNever get over this .. how could you send a dog home so unwell pure neglect

I can't rate Paddons highly enough. They have been amazing and so kind and friendly. They not only saved my dog' s life but her leg as well when I thought all was lost. They have never charged ridiculous prices and I think they are the nicest vet practice I have ever been to. They have always treated my 3 dogs with kindness and calmed any fears.

Really excellent firm of veterinarians. From receptionists onwards - compassionate, friendly, helpful. Wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Paddons is a wonderful veterinary clinic, all the people from the lovely ladies on the reception through to the equally lovely vets are fantastic, there is always a warm, friendly, caring atmosphere, I would definitely recommend them.

I have been taking my car Tansy to Paddons for 17 years. The care has always been excellent. The kindness and understanding of all the team is wonderful. They have always been there whether for advice or more serious matters. The care and treatment is second to none. I would not consider going anywhere else. I would highly recommend Paddons as a highly professional and compassionate veterinary surgery.
