Every time they forget something. Managers need to manage the staff. Check orders before handing over. More training required. Very poor

Ordered through drive through ordered two burgers we got home to find they came without the buns just got given the burger and cheese like how could u forget to put the buns on them so we had to use our own burger bunsAlso Bring back the old happy meal toys not books and cardboard puzzles my siblings like 5yo can't do much with a book and puzzles

So... Saturday movie night, order placed at drive through get home. Order missing my sons meal.. Dont worry son I will rush back and get it for you.Two young servers one of which straight away said we will replace the whole order... To which I replied 'thank you so much' thinking how kind and proffesional....However on hearing the SHIFT MANAGERS intervention 'give him whats missing if he wants it all he's gotta bring it all back'...So I took the Philly Cheese Stack meal 'no drink' back for my son and by now my families COLD food waiting for thier Dad...So I thought NO... I gathered all the food up, for the 3rd time I went back. 'Moral practice what you preach.. It seems your younger team have better morals and integrity than yourself.. Thank you Katalin for finally replacing my families family movie night treat...."

Worst maccies in n e Lincs. Food often cold and staff at this restaurant must be poorly managed. Over the last 6 weeks we have had cold chicken nuggets ( box of 20 ) egg shell in breakfast muffin and short changed £5, all of our problems reported to staff but no recompense at all. They also often refuse to serve doubles breakfast muffins as they are running low on stock!! Bad planning and management!!!! Try to avoid this restaurant if you want good food served by a competent team, I always get better food if I travel to one of the other 4 maccies in Clee and gy.

Absolutely embarrassing levels of service. How on earth do you miss 4 items from an order? Called in to complain only to be told ‘it’ll be investigated’ - zero accountability. Avoid.

Used the drive thru.Food was ok as far as fast food goes. It was hot and edible.Friendly staff

Stopped for breakfast, ordered on the self service machine. Food came within a few minutes cooked fresh and hot. Entrance to the car park is a bit confusing as Morrisons have a one way system in their car park.

Lovely friendly staff . Ice creams , cakes drinks and sausage roles , the only sandwiches sadly are sausage or Bacon so not so good for elderly but a lovely place to visit

Goos mcdonalds nice and clean but not many parking spaces and awkward to get into via morrisons car park
