I had 5 Star treatment from Appeal. From the first instant when I met the Salesman to the end fitment of my Lovely Haus Awning. The fitters worked out in the pouring rain, and did a marvellous job, I think you’ll agree by my pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate to give the company my full 5 Star recommendation.

We have had excellent service from Appeal. Mark, the design consultant, was very helpful and informative when he visited us for the initial appointment. He made sure we were aware of all the options available so we could choose the right product for our window. Steve, the fitter and surveyor, then came to measure up and was very thorough. He took time to explain how the blinds would be fitted and how they would work to ensure we were completely happy before the order was placed. Steve then came back on installation day and did a fantastic job of installing the blinds. He kept making slight adjustments so that the blinds were fitted in exactly the right position and then talked us through all the controls. He also did a great job of cleaning up after himself before he left.

The service we had was first class. From the very helpful and informative sales lady to the survey and fitting, everything was done to match our exact requirements and to give us the result we wanted to achieve. We are delighted with the product and Luke the fitter was most careful and efficient. We will use this company for blinds again.

Excellent customer serviceThe sky lantern blind looks amazing and works great. It's fantastic at keeping the room cool from the sun but still let's natural light through so it's not dark in the kitchen. Appeal kept me updated every step of the way. We had all South & West-facing vertical profiles & the entire glass roof of our conservatory equipped with Appeal blinds.Whilst costly the estimating, ordering & fitting service were all conducted highly efficiently.Some months on from our review we find now that 2 out of the 25 blinds installed in 2024/2015 would need some £180 to be repaired, without any guarantee.Disappointing after spending several thousand pounds to learn the life of the product is not even 10 years.

Beautifully made, huge number of colour options of both supports & fabric.Good installation team let down only by poor options for cable management (see photo).The power cable should be zip tied with colour matching cable ties (freely available in multiple colours).This now becomes a DIY job.

I am absolutely thrilled with my awning, and am writing now not only to thank you for all your help since I put in my order, but also to let you know that Andy and Matt did a wonderful job yesterday, and their uncomplaining and cheerful demeanours while carrying up all their equipment, and the awning, to the first floor, was much appreciated. As a Company, your selection of employees seems exemplary, and I commend Andy and Matt without hesitation. From my first contact in early August until the awning was installed in late October, I was kept informed throughout of everything that I needed to know. Excellent blinds fitted to our bi-fold doors and windows. Our objective was to increase thermal value/ heat Appeal blinds certainly work for us ..at a very competitive price.
