We bought our 11 year old dog Millie in to see Stuart in July with severe neck pain. He did blood tests and a CT scan to find that she had a protruding disc in her neck. He discussed surgery with us with the pros & cons and decided that we would try the medicinal route first. Never have we ever met such a kind and caring vet with such empathy for animals. The staff at the practise are so lovely, they got us in straight away and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Stuart guided us through every step with restrictions for her and medications and nothing was too much trouble for him. How lucky are we to have him in our area, we would highly recommend him to anyone. We can’t thank you all enough for everything, It’s taken 2.1/2 months but Millie is now back to her happy and waggy self without having to have surgery. (we have our girl back) Lindsay and Lee (and Millie Moo)

My cockapoo has had a hip replacement surgery. Stuart and Graham both put me at ease with everything. He’s still on the road to recovery. But he’s doing brilliant. All staff very welcoming. Thanks again. Stanley the Dog.

Unfortunately there are not enough stars to rate East Midlands Referrals.Graham, Stuart and the team are beyond exceptional.They treated my German Shepherd for spinal condition and hip dysplasia who unfortunately succumbed to her illness and had to be put to sleep. This was one of the most distressing days of our life and the compassion shown by Graham and his team was something that I will never forget. The whole procedure was made easy as could be by Graham explaining the procedure beforehand and putting our minds at rest.Elsa went to sleep in the most peaceful way and I can honestly say, although I cried like a baby, it was made as easy as it could be.Graham Stuart and the whole team are a credit to the Veterinary profession and all should be proud of their practice and their professionalism.I could go on and on about how highly I rate their practice.I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.Below is a photo of our last few minutes together.

Graham and his team are exceptional at what they do. The skills, time and empathy that goes into helping your pet is second to none. Thanks to Graham we have our wonderful dog healthy again. They went way above and beyond their duties and we can't thank them enough.

I took Solly to Graham Oliver on Thursday - he is a very poorly dog. I was immediately impressed on meeting Graham and so pleased to get the results straight from the hip, but with compassion. It was what I needed after months of worry. Thank you so much - only wish I lived nearer!

Was referred here for my lovely labrador to have a MRI to investigate some neck pain with suspected bulging discs. The vet was lovely, very reassuring, very caring and I left my lab with him confident he was in good hands and would be taken care of. Highly recommend.

The outmost care and professionalism you can get from them, for your beloved fur babies.My cat has been referred to them with severe back pain, hunched back and unable to walk properly. Stuart and Graham, brought the surgery forward as soon as possible to try and cut the long time of suffering and pain for my cat. After a very complicated surgery, my bubba is doing well and recovering at home. We probably have a long way until he will fully recover, but the care while he was with them, their kind words, everything they’ve explained was straightforward and clear, made our experience less stressful. I recommend them with an open heart! If it’s something to complicated to be solved or dealt with, they are the ones! They will be the specialists you need!Thank you for taking him in and dealing with his case.

From start to finish the whole team have been incredible. We had our dog Layla referred for cruciate ligament surgery. To say that we're over the moon with the outcome is an understatement! Our girl was so much happier within days of the surgery and is now well on the road to recovery. They should be proud of the care they give and are a credit to the vetinary profession. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
