Gave 5 stars as couldnt give 10. Excellent!! They have done a fantastic job assembled a fantastic friendly team and are providing great quality at low low prices. Good selection of drinks and a good range of food too. Definitely our new local. We'll done guys see you on Sunday.

Please read to the end!Felt strange when we first walked in and everyone staring at us.........The fire was lit, the aroma of the wood burning made you feel welcome, the other customers were friendly and sociable, once they stopped staring.The food looked fantastic and the free smoked chicken wing was delicious.......fantastic little pub, definitely worth a visit and I will be coming back for a few more pints with my partner.

We love to walk our dog down the canal and always come up for some beer and gin.They have outdoor seating with the canal on the side.5 stars for me i recommend this place if you ever walk down the canal or in high lane.

Excellent pizzas. Best we’ve had. Great menu choice. Loads of interesting toppings., including: chilli, chicken and lovely caramelised onions (not all in the same pizza!) 25% off food today too - bargain. All fresh too.

Had a burger off the menu available until Easter, it was amazing. Chicken and duck with hoi sin sauce. Wine on a deal buy 2 get 1 free, great value evening

Went to watch my mum's band sing here, 90 proof". Good venue overall. Very cramped by the band but still people were up dancing and the atmosphere was good. Bar staff were alright on the whole but gave the impression they didn't want to be there. VERY warm inside this pub when it gets busy too.In terms of location it's amazing. A great pitstop point on High Lane

Lovely warm welcome, lots of seating outside and a good amount inside. Nice selections of beers and spirits on offer. Gorgeous chips that were excellent value for money, can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Excellent customer service. Toilets, although on the small side were clean and tidy.
