I have 0 hesitation in recommending Big Loop Bikes to anyone.I know next to nothing about bikes and so I have brought mine in a couple of times now for some adjustments. Tim has worked on my bike both times and has explained to me exactly what he has done to help me try and understand what the problem was in the first place. He really goes above and beyond to make sure my bike is as it should be!Really really reasonably priced and the staff are always friendly too. Thanks guys!
