Our estate agent highly recommended Verulam Chartered Surveyors to us and so we decided to give them a call. Firstly we dealt with Ryan who was incredibly friendly, professional, extremely accommodating and quick to book the survey in for us. Our survey was then carried out by Gavin who couldn’t have done a more thorough, detailed and superb survey of the property (homebuyers survey). Gavin’s attention to detail has given us a huge amount of reassurance and knowledge about the property we are purchasing, we were blown away by the detail he provided. Gavin was then more than happy to answer my (many) questions and offer advice and guidance on certain things, even when I got in touch two months later with even more questions and to ask if he could do a re-visit! I honestly cannot recommend Gavin and Verulam Chartered Surveyors more highly, we will 100% use them again as we truly believe that no one could have done a better job than them. Outstanding service, outstanding surveyors, highly, highly recommend.
