We stayed at this B&B 10.07.22. As soon as you walk through the door the fresh clean smell hits you. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy. The room again spotless. The owner was so lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again. Great value!!

Nice little hotel, lady on the front was friendly and showed us up to our room- we had room 10 on the 4th floor, which had a brilliant sea view. The room was a great size and had 2 doubles and a bunk bed. We had our own bathroom which was fine, shower was decent - could do with a new bathroom door but was fine for us with smaller kids. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were ok, the kids were very comfortable. It was lovely to wake up to the view. Great locations right near sandcastle water park and pleasurebeach - Would stay again.

I love a trip to Blackpool and never expect a 5 star hotel when I stay here, but to say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel is an understatement.Upon arriving at the hotel just to stay overnight and go out for my birthday, we were met by a lady and man at the front desk. They could not locate our booking, which we had booked through hotels.com, and I pulled my booking confirmation up to show them. They spent 10 minutes looking for a room for us, which they found and told us hotels.com had over booked them! I was very sympathetic and they ensured we had arrived earliest so get the room we required. We were led to our room, upon entering, the lady left us and we reviewed the booking i still had on my phone as this was a bunk bed and a double bed... we had paid extra for a double bed, single bed and double bed as we are all adults and wish to sleep on a ground level bed.I popped downstairs to the front desk and just made them aware this is the incorrect room and highlighted why we booked the specific room and paid the extra. The man started to become confrontational and rude and it, in turn, made me quite uncomfortable. I decided the best route was to agree to keep that room if they would refund the difference, they agreed and told me it would be around a month until they could do so, I said I'd submit the refund with hotels.com!We left around 4pm and ended up heading home around 9.30pm as the rain and wind got too much! We were quiet and respectful despite being younger individuals. My partner went to shower and found the shower didn't work, there was no one at reception to ask if something was wrong or it was broken. The kettle didn't work either and these were amenities included. In the morning we left and took pictures of the room for proof of its state as we were worried from the reaction of the gentleman that he would try and say we did something to the room.Trying to claim my refund, hotels.com had told me they had denied it! I tried to phone but they must have blocked my number when I left, I'm mortified and am now having to take this to small claims court. If the male at the desk was replaced by someone with an ounce of customer service ability (the lady was actually very friendly despite the circumstance), the rooms were actually correct and the amenities worked. It wouldn't be a bad blackpool stay but the dishonesty and rudeness and the fact I now have to escalate this further make me say this. Do not give this man your money, as that seems to be the only thing he cares about.

Great location and run by very friendly people. Will definitely recommend to family and friends when they holiday in Blackpool. Access to the hotel and rooms is done using a card so nice and easy to keep safe while travelling around the town. Very reasonable price in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Wonderful hotel! John & Claire who manage the hotel are the greatest hosts. The bed was so comfortable, the room was spacious and the sea view is incredible. Thanks for putting us up at the very last minute you will forever be in our hearts.

The check in was ok, we were met in reception area by a lady who gave us our key card & took us up to room 3. There was no information in the room regarding checkout or breakfast, etc After a bit of a drive there, we wanted a hot drink but no milk.We asked at reception, 'they were awaiting delivery later that day' this was 3pm. At that point we went out for the day.On our return at midnight, soaked through after lytham festival, still no milk in the room. So unable to make a hot drink still. So maybe a hot shower.....towels were like sandpaper and one full of holes. So we didnt bother! The draws still had previous occupants belongings in a cigarette lighter, pair of odd socks & some earrings! And so to bed, which was clean and quite comfortable. Lying there & there were constant beeps from two different alarms. Sounded like batteries needed replacing in the smoke alarms or something. No reception on duty apart from an emergancy number. So i contacted the booking company to log our concens re facilities and service. The beeps made it very difficult to settle.Next day, checking out, I tried to speak with reception regarding our concerns but there was nobody around to speak to. There were bags of cement in the hallway still from the previous day. I dont expect 5 star hotel when i visit blackpool, im not a fussy traveller. We usually stay in budget accommodation but Ive got to say this is the worst small hotel we have stayed in by a country mile. Still waiting to hear from Expedia.

This hotel is good location, the room is clean, near mcdonalds which its handy with kids. When I told the lady the light not working, she sorted it out straight away. There's a 24hrs car park closed by.
