I agree with the one star review. This company has underhand tactics. They try to be your friend but will clean your wallet out. Also, in a cahoots with the councils to milk you dry. Don’t trust these thieves. Hope they go down, then they will know what stress is. Cowboys indeed.Trust me, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Brilliant service technically. They took care of pretty much everything and dealt with it with a minimum of hassle to me even though they had a lot of challenges to work through. So overall very good service and would definitely recommend and have already to a few friends who need their services. Would definitely use these guys again

Drawing up plans without setting foot inside the property! How is that possible? Not a good experience from start to finish! Extremely high cost for very little input! Would avoid at all costs!

I recently used Arthur Stone Planning’s services to design and obtain planning permission for my extension. We were really impressed by the efficiency in which they undertook the work and the outcome is brilliant at a very reasonable cost in comparison to other quotes that we recieved. Arthur Stone Planning designed and obtained a building warrant for the refurbishment of my flat in Edinburgh. This was a tricky space to redesign and thanks to their keen eye for design they came up with an absolutely fabulous solution to make the most of the space in the flat which has totally maximised its potential. I have recently had my property revalued and the work has increased the value of the flat significantly - Couldn't be more impressed by the service that Arthur Stone Planning have provided and would highly recommend to anyone looking for design and planning advice!!
