Black Country Tyres saved my life - literally - I had bought 2 new front tyres at home in Chipping Norton 2 days earlier and while driving to Wolverhampton races I noticed a noise from the front wheels - getting louder and louder. By good fortune I pulled in at BCT and asked for the wheels to be checked. The nuts on front near side were so loose they were undone by hand - they hadn’t been done up by the idiots in Chipping Norton.The service and assistance I received at Black Country Tyres was fantastic - I offered to pay but payment was refused, so I am writing this review instead. Thank you so much and I wish you were nearer……

Brilliant service from Al and the team. I had a bulge in the sidewall of my Tesla tyre yesterday and I’m going on holiday today. Al had a Tesla tyre in to put on his own car but put it on mine instead. Absolute life saver thank you!

Quoted a price on the phone for 4 tyres fitted with tracking. And was given a bill for £80 more than I was quoted. I explained but I was on my own with 3 guys shouting above my voice. I felt very insecure. I'm disabled and was on my own.So I ended up paying over the odds for basic tyres.NEVER GOUNG THERE AGAIN.

Will be taken to small claims court within next 31 days for fitting a dangerous exhaust that a proper mechanic had to fix at additional cost to myself.These so called fitters should have included a piece of cornflake box to make a really good bodge job as that is exactly what they did after two and a half hours ''shocking service''....'' UPDATE '' Oh a liar also, I have sent a registered letter of court proceedings and you say you know nothing when you signed for it.What about facebook and the bad reviews left.I will not trust a theif but a liar never.

Popped in to Black Country Tyres & Exhausts this morning as thought I could hear a slight blowing from my exhaust. Within 5 minutes my car was up on the ramp and the lads checked it over. They told me it was perfectly fine which was reassuring as I'm about to drive it to Devon. Great bunch of lads and as my experience shows definitely don't go looking for work which ain't there. I'll be returning whenever I need tyres etc in the future.
