Great bunch of lads, helped us rip out and remove all waste and scrap metal from our new restaurant venture in soho. They offset the waste removal costs with the copper and wire they brought from us.

I have used Urban Clearance and Scrap for clearance of a number of commercial buildings, always on time and superb service.

Honest, hardworking and helpful guys that will relieve you of the stress of those unwanted goods and metals, good rates paid. Overall the service was good.

Came collected an old water cylinder promptly and will defo be using again when clearing out my house. Can't fault them.

I run a laundrette business in West Hampstead and we had 4 machines for scrap.I contacted Sam from UC & S and he met me at my shop for a quote. A nice, reasonable guy, no problems and arranged for the collection at 10am a few days later. Although the machines are mostly metal, they are not particularly valuable metal and thus he said it would cost £50 per load and be 2 loads. I was fine with this, even though their website claims to collect metal for free.I arranged for someone to be onsite at the time of collection. At 10.30 I called Sam as no one had shown up. He said they had another job that was taking a bit longer so he would be there in an hour.By 2pm no one had shown up and I had paid for 4 hours of someone's time. I called again and as soon as I introduced myself he hung up.I am a patient person and understand that we were not high priority on their job list, but if you agree something you expect it to be fulfilled. Also I don't expect to be hung up on. A terrible customer experience.
