Didn’t realise you had to leave watch for replacement battery - was asked to collect next day. Unfortunately I don’t actually visit High Wycombe very often and when I explained this, the lady very helpfully said they would do this now for me.

Very friendly and helpful. My son got his ears pierced today and was done by a lovely lady who put him at ease ( he was a little nervous) he came out very happy and I was pleased he was put at ease. Great service.

Rubina was LOVELY as always!! We always come back to her as she also did my other daughters ears in the past. She pierced my daughter’s ears and mine, she did a fantastic job. She is so kind and I recommend asking for her- she’s an expert!

I was served by a very helpful young Lady who remembered me from several months before. And printed off my receipt for me. Which showed that I had taken out an insurance for my wife's watch. And because of that I was able to get the damaged watch replaced free of charge. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a engagement ring from here, where at first I dealt with Rubina who was helpful and I made the decision, with the ring that I choose.I came back to collect the ring a week later where I was very disappointed with the customer service I recieved. The staff member was very miserable not even a smile on her face, and what is suppose to be a nice experience, it felt like she couldn't wait to get rid of me.However the ring I purchased was nice, but let down by poor customer service on picking up the ring I had choosen
