Visit on 30 june 2023. It close for renovation. Nothing much can be seen.

Renovation ongoing, lots of scaffolds. There are places to eat around the square and from there you can go in any direction and find wonderful Manchester. I went in the direction of the river to visit the cathedral. In September it was raining, showers but it was hot, was hard to keep raincoat on. I will revisit when construction os done. My advice is: get lost on the streets of Manchester
