Staff all young and didn't seem to fussed on who was around and who was waiting to be seen to.When I eventually got seen to they didn't have my size in the trainers I wanted but when I got home I found them on jd website, I also found out a couple of days later that I could have ordered them in the store that day.I wish somebody had bothered to tell me this as I could have had them quicker

Was able to purchase everything we needed. Good selection - reasonably priced. Service could be better. Some staff were clearly working hard - others were avoiding helping

Not great if it was the customer care we bought we would never return my son and husband love this store but jd really need to train your staff on there customer care service it's awfull ... last visit my husband came home after spending a considerable amount and was so annoyed at the girl that served him everything was hard work to much trouble he said she was very rude ... that hopeless we arrived on holiday to find the security tags still attached to item so he's unable to wear not good enough jd! Sort your staff out before you loose customers .. . Looking at reviews kingswood store has not a good reputation everyone saying the same thing ...

Very busy had to queue for a while. Was just returning an item today but staff very friendly and helpful

Carefull what buy in st stevens jd as me got airmax trainers from they and bubble burst when take back they told me not buy from they as code not fit what in trainers and me did 100 percent and also friend deffo bought nike air what turn out fake so plz check as me thought same big company want sell fake but rather it employers oh sorry say it jd?

Lucky to have one star. I would love to know what training the staff go through when it comes to customer service. The way some of the girls who work here speak to customers is disgusting and I'm amazed they still have jobs. Waiting for customers to leave so they can bad mouth them and doing it whilst other customers are in the store...Wow. You make it clear your problem isn't with the staff but with the miscommunication within the whole of JD customer care, you say aren't happy with some of the services the whole of JD are providing and they think it is acceptable to bad mouth/swear at customers as they leave the store then laugh and pull faces when you tell them its disgusting. These staff are probably the reason JD on Kingswood are seeing less customers, all I see are bad reviews on different social medias about the staff at this store and how they handle customers. I would be fired if I spoke to my customers the way these girls do. Losing another customer thanks to the lack of professionalism the whole of this company seem to give to customers. Think its time to get rid of these staff and hire people who know how to be professional and not bring the store down.

Went with my grandson..he was after airforce one trainers..sadly none in stock but he came away with hoodie and jogs matching..they are a lovely bunch and always make my grandson feel at ease.. lovely shop..lovely clothes.. just a good experience.. thanks guys xx

Got myself a cracking pair of trainers from here.Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The chap on the sales counter was spot on and had a good bit of bantam with him.The shop was boiling I think maybe as air con not allowed to be on what with COVID.Overall a really good shopping experience.

the staff were excellent this morning. the lady that assisted us exceptional went over and above customer service and should be rewarded. we needed 2 items she rang round all stores she was not giving up for us. result she found the item and sizes. fantastic result without her we may never have got the gifts asked. employee of the month i think. thank you.

Messed around by the click and collect team something chronic.. my sons school traines where there for a week without any notification and then told that they probably wasn't in the bag they said they where??? Very confusing and not great. Staff polite but need more communication between teams.
