Poor care.Shouting at a dementia patient as they was confused and couldn’t understand the task.Nearly burnt the house down by incorrectly using appliances in the house.Left the service user unattended in the shower and used their mobile for personal use in a different room.Brought strangers in to a service users home.Please avoid this company at all costs.Luckily we have a good care network for my grandmother and these are the incidents we know about as family members were present during this.I do not feel safe leaving my grandmother in their care.

Horrendous always late I had to ask them to leave my property untrained staff one brought along there daughter another tried to give my mother tablets off a large spoon another put butter and marmalade on the bread then put it in the toaster I could go on but enough said I think amatures

I have been very pleased with the standard of care given to my father, both on a 4-visits per day basis and now 24/7 live in care. The carers have always come reliably and on time. Now, with live in care they stay for 1 or 2 weeks at a time which gives some continuity of care. My Dad is more settled and confident knowing there is someone on hand when he needs help.All the carers and staff I have met have been most kind and helpful and a credit to the company.Only one problem I've encountered is the English of some carers is not brilliant, but we get understanding of each other with a little perseverance.

My Dad was looked after by this CompanyHis main carer, Ann, was amazing. Dad looked forward to her visits. Ann became part of our family" in a very short space of time.She even attended Dad's funeral with her Boss.Thank you for caring for our Dad"

Manager Amy is excellent, Very experienced, professional and caring. She is excellent at resolving any problems with a kind and friendly manner. 4 stars are for the carers who were overall quite good. Some very good. Amy was always available to help resolve any issues. She is a credit to the company..
