This is a dishonest company with unscrupulous practices as evident from the numerous lawsuits and official investigation brought against it for unfair trading practices. The online valuation given is a ridiculously inflated price designed purely to lure you to their site. Once you have wasted your time and petrol getting there, they will then massively undercut the offered price by nitpicking on the tiniest of flaws.Our car was in almost perfect condition with very minimal stone chipping at the front which is to be expected of any second-hand car, and a very small scratch on one back wheel less than 0.3mm long, yet they wanted to knock 8% off the value of the online quote. What a massive joke.Like all second-hand dealers, WBAC needs to resell your car for a profit and its salesmen need to get their % commissions. Therefore, they will never offer you as much value for your car as you can get selling it privately. Dealers should only be a last resort for those short on cash and looking for a quick sale without hassle, albeit at a significant loss. This is no excuse, however, for misleading its customers and wasting their time with promises made in bad faith that they have no intention to keep.If you are looking to sell your car, you can do better than WBAC.

Terrible customer service! 7 calls in 3 hours even though I had confirmed my appointment online and by call. Very sales/target/number driven. INCREDIBLY RUDE at the WGC site. Highly suggest looking at other options for selling your car. DO NOT GO HERE.

Arrived at the admittedly hard to find location, rang the guy and he came out with seconds. I told him that I was worried about the parking due to reading the reviews on here. He told me that its not a problem. First of all, if you have an appointment with WBAC then that will cancel the parking charge regardless. Secondly, when you enter the building you type your reg number in and it logs you for the day. I received the same price that I was quoted on line and I have no complaints. Would definitely use again.

Appalling company . Any 5 star reviews will be fake.Took car to site and they gave me a price.Went back 17days later and price had dropped £3500. Went back another 4 days later and price had dropped another £3000.Do yourself a favour and avoid this company . There are plenty of other companies out there that are honest and straightforward. Absolute crooks

Abysmal customer service.I arrived for my appointment but was told by their staff that he was running over, and would not see me because he wanted to leave on time.Spent the best part of my day preparing the car, digging out the paper work, driving through the storm to be there. Only to be turned away.At the very least... they have my contact details. Could someone not have called me before I spent 20 minutes driving to them?And particularly troublesome for me because my car runs out of its MOT in 4 days, and since I work full time I am now stuck with a car that I cannot sell.

Yes, not quite sure of the bad reviews. If you register the Reg with the IPAD in reception, then you wont get a ticket. I was met by a representative who talked through the process with me, we arrived at a price. Cash in 30 minutes. If the offer is not enough, walk away. For me a great process that i would use again if i had to sell quickly. I deducted one star as i only got a trade price, which is fair enough.

One to learn from for me, take the reviews seriously. Please take this one seriously and don't bother unless you're looking for something just a bit more than scrap value. Per JB, offered 25% more than subsequently offered after viewing. Car was one owner, full service history, a few kerbs on the wheels but good condition. Described as good condition by the rep himself but then backtracked. I rejected the new valuation as the website says guaranteed for 24 hours and I went in that time. The guy kept asking, becoming rude as he changed personality after becoming frustrated at not getting his way, about how much I could get p/x. I told him it's not relevant and he kept asking and eventually I said it's a matter of principle and I'd rather take less p/x than deal with him or them given their unsubstantiated 25% drop, taking things off like retail price for cleaning the car when they obviously wouldn't pay that. He rudely just said well I don't understand your thinking and I'm going" and walked off with out a thank you or a bye and let me find my own way out of the office. I can handle a disagreement over financials

Saw a few negative reviews so was a little weary at first but I thought most people leave reviews to complain so a lot of good transactions are probs being missed from reviews.I am glad I went through. Took my car, Office was a little hard to find but called and someone came straight down.Guy was super nice, went through everything and sold the car super quick. Price was a little reduced from online valuation but thats expected nothing drastic.Overall great experience I would reccomend to anybody. Quick, easy and customer service was great.

Service was ok but received a fine from where I was told to park the car by We Buy Any Car. So while they appraised the vehicle which took about 30 minutes we get a fine from Smart Parking. Looks like they are doing this to many people based on the reviews on this site. If you are going to have your business in this car park then make sure it's free parking for your potential clients! Unbelievable, we will not be paying a penny and will take it to court if required.
