Dean is a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable person. We had some locks installed and he spoke us through the process and taught us a thing or two about locks! My partner and I are new to the area and Dean was very welcoming, giving us lots of recommendations about places to go. We would definitely use his services again in the future.

Had an issue with a backdoor that wouldn’t open , messaged and they came the same day to sort it , door works the best it ever has , feels safe and secure, reasonable prices , would recommend!

Dean did a really good job removing my broken lock and replacing it with brand new. He came as soon as he could, was friendly and helpful, and made my door fit better than before he came. He charged a good price and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend

Great service. Happy to help. Messaged him my problem with my door and how was only me and kids at home, so was scared about not been able to lock the door. Here within 10 minute to help me. Friendly and helpful. Sorted out the problem to why wasn’t locking and also tightened and oiled the parts in the door so all run smoothly. New lock put in place so more secure. Very happy with the service and great prices. Highly recommend. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dean did a great job with our old kitchen back door handles and broken mechanism, he sorted the issue no problem and made sure everything was working as it should and we was happy, nothing was too much trouble, new parts ordered, collected and fitted all within a few hours and Dean even checked our front door on the way out too and tightened it for us. Lovely chap, knows his stuff and more than happy to recommend
