Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered a diamond engagement ring and I’m more than satisfied with the service. Better than any of the jewellers in Jewellery Quarter! Gold Forever offer a very friendly service with no strings attached. This is not your typical jewellers, their premises is very modern and clean, they are very hospitable offering hot drinks while we discussed diamond specifications. They worked with me to make sure I was happy! They are very professional and kept their promises and stuck to my tight timescales. I will be back when I’m ready to order the wedding rings. I just called to enquire about a repair and was told by the young lady who answered the call to come next week as they're too busy. Not what I consider good customer service. They could have at least asked me to pop in so they could see what I wanted repaired. Had I been welcomed to the store it may well have resulted in me purchasing some new jewellery from them. Oh well, their loss!

This is my second time coming into this jewellers- first time was to purchase a lovely small pair of hoops, and today to sell some gold. Both times I was attended to by a lovely gentleman called Varun, who was very polite, approachable and attentive.My experience today was even better- I brought in several items of gold to sell, and was able to sell them at a much better price than I was expecting.I will definitely be back again and would highly recommend them.
