Just seen a couple of bad reviews for Synergy Cleaning and either these people where very unlucky or exagerating.I have used Synergy now for over a year and found them reasonably priced, promt, and always clean to a great standard, communication has been good and the staff polite and trustworthy. I have had tablets, laptops, phones, money ect laying around and am comfortable with this even when the only people in the building are the cleaners.Great service, value for money and i highly reccomend to anyone :)

Synergy = the combined power of a group of things when they are working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately:Unfortunately this is the wrong name for this company. Having booked them to do a simple cleaning job they managed to make something straightforward one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered. I booked the clean around two weeks in advance and unfortunately could not remember the time that I had booked them for (as I was moving house, I had booked a number of different contractors to do various jobs). While I accept that portion of blame, it should have been a very simple problem to solve. I first called on the Friday before the clean (the clean was booked for the following Tuesday) and left a message asking for a call back to confirm the time. On the Monday, after no call was received, I called around five times during the day, again leaving messages and emails... no call received. On the day of the clean, I called around ten times, and did manage to speak to Michaela who assured me she would let me know the time of clean when she was back in the office in fifteen minutes - this was around 11am. No call received. I left work early and arrived home at 3.15, assuming that the clean was booked for later as noone had bothered to tell me otherwise. However, at 3.08 I had received a text from Michaela saying her cleaners were at my flat at the time I had assured her I would be home for (see previous sentences about me letting them know, to a moderately severe degree, that I did not know what time this was and required a confirmation), and on arrival at 3.15, they, unlike the dust in my flat, had vanished.The reception are based at a different site and somehow in the digital age, cannot communicate with other staff members. As I arrived only five minutes after them leaving I would’ve expected the cleaners to come back as the time would’ve been allocated to them but again no one could get in touch with them, I did try to create some smoke signals but my native american skills weren’t up to the job and hopefully the carrier pigeon I sent did actually arrive. I called the off-site reception several times to ask them to call the cleaners to get them to return. They were unable to do so. I asked them to put me through to the office direct. They were unable to do so. I asked them to give me the direct number for the office for me to call myself. They said the number I had called was the direct number. Funny that.Had Michaela actually come good with her promise of letting me know what time the cleaners were coming (or had any of my fifteen or so previous calls been acted upon) I wouldn’t have missed them and I wouldn’t be in a position where potentially I could be losing a portion from my bond due to the flat not being cleaned in time for inspection.Hopefully technology doesn’t fail us yet again and you will see this review, I don’t expect you to talk to me about it (due to you being unable to complete a simple call like letting me know what time you would be with me) but hopefully other potential customers will be aware of the challenges faced when engaging your services.As a rebranding suggesting I would call your company “dysergy cleaning” (I trust you can work out why I suggest this!!)A friend of mine said “you should take them to the cleaners” though this could take a while as unfortunately I am still looking for some good ones to use!!

They clean our block of flats which the some staff aren't trustworthy,I've been chatted up previously which is on my doorstep an worrying as they see where u live to boot,I explained online I was harrasser by a worker recently I tried leaving a voicemail as did my concerned friend I got nothing back no concerns no care from synergy I'm appalled, not just once this either, I pay high service charge an jobs not upto scratch either never fully done job, noone answers complaints and some cleaners shout so loud to each other it disruptive Wen your trying to work from home an when u want a peaceful weekend an there there again not just in week no respect for other tenants in area or they stand about talking for ages an it can be heard all over building the dirty water was thrown under window at front from filthy floors or on footpath at front to be trailed back in lax approach
