Good fitting once they got around to doing but took over a year to fit

Fantastic artisan glass, great people. Well worth a visit.

Do not use. Cannot recommend. Poor service, non existent aftercare. I asked for a quote to replace and repair all the glass in my conservatory. What I got was a quotation for half. The Director, Adrian Hope, came out was rude and abusive. I had to ask him to leave - which he initially ignored. Imagine having to throw the Managing Director of the company out of your house twice within 5 minutes. Adrian has also quoted on his own company as 4* on the string of this review - unprofessional and a conflict of interest. The complaint, forwarded was hand delivered by post but on checking hadn't been received. Still waiting for the invoice to be addressed in the right name!

Excellent installation of secondary glazing. However, poor measuring adversely restricts opening of primary windows. Very poor after care and no help in assisting with remedy. If you plan to use Matlock Glass, check their measurements and that windows actually will and do open.

Still waiting after one year for them to come out and fix an ill fitting unit.Got someone else to do it in the end.It was their product, bought and fitted by someone else.Seems they aren't interested unless they get the whole job!!Very disappointed.

Excellent, efficient, no-nonsense and friendly service over a period of 20 years. I have found their customer care, technical skill and attention to detail to be first-class, and nothing is too much trouble. Check them out and see for yourself.

Excellent service from start to finish! There were plenty of types of windows to choose from. We decided on triple glazed units and are extremely pleased with the quality of these units.The fitters were knowledgeable and polite and have done an excellent job of fitting the windows. We would highly recommend this company.

Terrible after sales service. Our builder who was excellent unfortunately used them for our extension. Poor fitting windows causing draughts all round.
