Really enjoyed going here however my view has changed significantly over the last couple of monthsThe last four times I have been I have been turned awayEither private function or closing twice before 8pm no consistency on opening hours, makes you question why you try to support local×#Reply#×So clearly I'm lying then am I ?I was told by your manager that you were trying out opening during the week.(or has that now stopped)My review was honest and stated that I wanted to support you and I had enjoyed previous visits.Your reply only confirms my thoughts that you aren't consistent.I know I'm not the only person who feels like this, don't want to see another local pub decline.

A very enjoyable late afternoon drink before visiting the chippy in the same block. Nice cask ales available and friendly service. Not noisy either, so when a neighbour called in we had a great conversation with his friends too.

Great modern craft ale pub. Excellent range of cask and keg beers of all descriptions. Nice staff. Been fitted out really well and very comfy.

First time in here, really enjoyed it.The staff were lovely, good selection of drinks along with a rolling cask ale menu.The night I went in there was a live DJ playing an excellently eclectic mix of music at a volume still easily allowing for conversation.I look forward to returning next time I am over visiting friends.

Great place, friendly with excellent ales from micro brewery. Lots of different bottled beer/ciders too. Outdoor space with ashtrays for a smokers.
