We ordered a pendant light to be delivered to a shipping company to be shipped overseas with a number a number of other items. After a number of weeks to give time for delivery and notification from various courier companies that everything seemed to be there, we shipped the items. Upon arrival, the pendant light from Stanways was the only item missing.When I e-mailed them three months after ordering, they indicated that the item wasn't in stock at the time but was now and would I like them to send it or provide a refund. I honestly believe they were hoping we wouldn't notice and planned to keep our payment. They definitely had no plans to notify me that they hadn't completed the order.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Extremely dishonest.
