My 4 year old daughter thought it would be a good idea to empty an entire packet of baby wipes down the toilet and flood the garden!!Called H2O Clean and Matty came out straight away. He was able to clear the blockage and ensure everything was back to normal as soon as possible. Best of all, he cleared everything away and left no mess.

We have a drain outside our garage that kept getting clogged and overflowing. The pipe was cleared and a plan put in place to resolve the issue. Owing to the positioning of the foundations the original plan would not have worked but they found a new way to help and have rebuilt and enclosed part of the drain to ensure that mud and roots now cannot get into the part anymore. Really happy with the work and really neat and tidy work. Was given updates throughout and the plan was discussed with me. Will definitely use again as others we had approached previously were not able to think of ways to assist.

They gave me full details of their service and charges for clearing a blocked drain in the phone. They came and did the work on time and explained everything to me clearly and politely, the work was well and cleanly done and the charge was as promised - I would definitely use them again. Very pleased with the service.

Both great lads, came out identified the problem with the drain showed us the damage via the camera and gave us two options one was cheaper the other more expensive which Trevor explained very clearly,The job done was excellent and after the clean up you couldn't even see where the block paving had been lifted and replaced, it's now 6 months on since they did the job and we have had no issues and the block paving is still rock solid and hasn't moved at all, I have no hesitation in recommending them

We were experiencing a blocked sewerage problem, which we had proven not be linked to our own property or inspection chambers, and Northumbrian Water were not able to help due the fact the system had not been adopted. I contacted Matthew at H2O after reading many positive reviews on Checkatrade. I rang at 8am Monday and Matthew was very helpful and offered to come out the same day and explained the potential costs before confirming attendance. Matthew then called ahead of arriving and within 20 minutes of arriving he had resolved the issue by jetting down 30m away from our home inspection chambers. He then checked with a camera to show me that the line was clear up to 30m where there was a chamber and most likely place the blockage was. Whilst it is frustrating to pay for a blockage which was probably caused by someone else, I was more than happy to pay for a fantastic service. Matthew also spent time giving lots of advice on other drainage matters and also spoke to Northumbrian Water when they rang me to explain what he did.I would highly recommend H2O Clean Drain Care and would not hesitate to use them again.
