We used Serentipi for our wedding and absolutely loved the tippees.The service was incredible and I loved that Jamie was so good at communicating with us and always happy to help and recommend other suppliers were necessary! Jamie definitely knows her stuff when it comes down to tippees and the guys weren’t so bad at setting up either ha! They were all incredible!I would also like to add that the tippees were very reasonably priced and I did shop around!We would 100 % recommend and will definitely use them again! Well, what can I say about the team at Serentipi! First of all they we're fantastic from start to finish in planning and supplying the Tipi for our DIY wedding on Saturday the 23rd of September.Jamie helped us get to grips with lots and lots of ideas and helped put together plans and endless tweaks to everything we would need for our day! She was really kind, helpful and very patient with us and we can't say thank you enough for that.On the day the tipi got put up, the weather was awful - but Phil and the maintenance team did not stop, they cracked on and got the job done in fine fashion and with a smile on their faces too!The end result, a perfect wedding and party in a Tipi! An amazing day for everyone involved. We can't thank the team enough for all the help and support they provided throughout the process of planning and organising our wedding and would have no hesitation in recommending Serentipi to anyone looking for a Tipi wedding!Thank you again guys - amazing!

Serentipi were friendly & communicated amazingly from the start-essential as I’m Deaf. The tipi was perfect-so attractive with a relaxed+grounded aesthetic in harmony with our semi-wild garden! The tipi lighting+seating worked beautifully..a lovely space to relax & chat away the night after a long day. The builders were tireless+efficient fitting the tipi in our limited garden space. I so loved the Serentipi experience-I’d happily use them again for any occasion & recommend them again to anyone!

Serentipi helped us to put on the most amazing day for our wedding this summer. Straight from the booking phase, Jamie & Phil at Serentipi were incredibly helpful, responsive and enthusiastic about the outstanding product and service they deliver. The setup for our day was beautiful, and it’s clear that the finer details are important to them as a company. Their tipi that we hired was stunning, and every guest was complimentary about how good everything looked. We’re over the moon with how well the day went, and a big part of that was thanks to Serentipi. Thanks guys, would highly recommend.

Wow, what an absolutely amazing service Serentipi provide. Jamie and Phil were so helpful and professional from start to finish. From promptly responding to emails to being on the other end of the phone whenever we needed them, they were really on it and always found time for us - even during wedding season. The team got the three tipis up in the wind and rain (!) three days before the wedding, giving us plenty of time to decorate and make them look perfect. We got a fire pit as it was colder at night and left marshmallows for people to toast which was lovely - would highly recommend. The disco ball also created an amazing atmosphere for the dance floor!We had the absolute wedding of our dreams and we are so thankful that Serentipi were there to support us every step of the way and give us the best tipis in the area. Absolute best value for money, I could not recommend them enough. Thank you!!

We used Serentipi for our wedding in September. We were lucky to book our wedding nearly 2 years in advance so we never had to reschedule anything. However Jamie was regularly in touch to make sure all is well and alternative plans if they were ever needed. I met Phil on set up day and he went through where to place the tipi, he asked for our input but also drew on his knowledge of prev weddings (and the venue) to put it in the ideal place. Overall, what can you say. A fantastic Day spent in a fantastic Tipi!

Without a doubt the best Tipi Company in the UK. Phil, Jamie and their team were phenomenal. Communication upto the wedding was fast and any tiny detail (even the length and width of the tables) was not too much trouble. They worked with the venue staff and even told the toilet company where to put our posh loos. Arrived on site 3 days before the wedding and sent us loads of photos of the tipi going up as we couldn't get to site. When we arrived they added a few extra touches free of charge to make it even more special and left us our first Mr and Mrs card and a bottle of bubbly which we enjoyed on our own, in the tipi, with the sunset on our last day as Mr & Miss. Honestly can't thank you enough and will forever be grateful for your service. We have already recommended you to another couple and will continue to do. Much love to you both. xxxx

Serentipi were a joy to work with and their tipis, furnishings and lighting are amazing. The tipi is exactly what we wanted for our wedding. Jamie and her team were great at advising us on size and any additions we may need or want. You are able to pick from lots of different options of size, types of tipis and different additions. There's visual guides and you create a floor plan before the day. Everything was set up for us hassle free before the big day. It was absolutely worth the money and made our wedding day.
