Please do not use this company for will writing, they have mislead my parents and have asked for more money to make changes yet failed to understand their initial requirements which were very simple. They could resolve amicably yet are telling me as my parents have signed a document they will not resolve. Disgusting company! Shame on you!

Sorry this is not a good review, but I hope our bad experience helps you.I guess we were unlucky with a few things and needed the help of some good lawyers to advise us in a conflict with a client of ours. We chose Mr. Ken Stangoe from Geoffrey Leaver (allegedly an expert in conflict resolution) and our conflict just got bigger... He was hidden behind his assistant (Rosa) busier counting the minutes rather than providing us with any solution/advice. After a year of waiting, tired of paying invoices for “time counting”, and not hearing any solutions, we opted for alternative true Lawyers who managed to fix the problem in under 1 month, and at a fraction of the cost. I am hoping that our bad experience together with our loss of time and opportunity cost will help anyone out there. Find yourself a lawyer who profits by helping solve your problems, instead of making your problems bigger so they can profit more and longer. I have no opinion about the calibre of other lawyers in this company, but we will be definitely not take any further risks with Geoffrey, it is a Leaver for us.

Geoffrey Leaver was recommended to us by our close friends who completed their house purchase with Klaudia. Working on our home purchase was Emma and Klaudia. Emma was amazing, she was quick to answer my questions via email or phone and explain things we didn't understand especially since we have never bought a house before. Credit where its due. Chasing a case with Richard Willis. He was quick and professional. He promised Me a call back shortly once he double checked on searches. Within a short time he came back as promised. I've found him very professional on the occasions I've dealt with him. And that's coming from an experienced agent of 20+ yrs experience. To be honest they don’t even deserve 1 star! Geoffrey Leaver were instructed in the handling of my Father’s estate. The reason they were instructed was due to a breakdown between the 2 joint executors. All GL were interested in was making money. They charged for correcting their errors, which occurred throughout the whole time they were dealing with the estate. They had duplicate charges & incorrect entries. Anyone who has instructed GL keep a very close eye on the time log & don’t expect any good advice, unless it means they will make money from it. After all monies were dispersed, with more money taken off by GL to do this, I raised a complaint with them. It took them 3 1/2 months to respond, and I believe that was only because I raised the case with the legal ombudsman. Their response was extremely unprofessional.DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR PROBATE! All they want is your money, they show no empathy or concern about you & the fact that you have lost a loved one.
