DHL Parcel UK Depot

I used to work for C&D. And I want to personally apologise for the service people have used.Haven't they moved from Ryton Depot?Just hope everything goes smoothly in-time for Christmas.Merry Christmas to ALL

I recently had a disappointing experience with DHL delivery service. Despite their promises of timely delivery, my package was significantly delayed, causing inconvenience and frustration. The false assurances and lack of transparency in their communication were disappointing aspects of my overall unpleasant encounter with their service. The first encounter was when the driver allegedly" had dropped a card as we "weren't" in

The most unsafe work with incompetent and careless management inside this depot. Serious injuries on daily basis. I'm traumatised from what I've seen. I've left the place just after couple days from my start.

The worst courier in the UK...! Even worse than Yodel and Evri. I feel so sorry for DHL Express that they purchased this terrible company (business post) and put there name on it. I beg all of my suppliers to never use them but unfortunately they do still sometimes. The driver is different on a daily basis which means they can't even locate you, that's if the parcel even leaves the depot for delivery on the day.... What a complete joke. DO NOT USE THEM GUYS !!!

Parcel never arrived yesterday, apperently the van broke down. Parcel marked out for delivery today and less than 15 minutes later marked down as unable to access address. Now I can not get through to anyone to sort this mess.

Should be negative 10stars but 1 star is the lowest I can do. Parcel should have arrived Wednesday. On Thursday I called to enquire and was told Friday. According to the tracking it had sat in the delivery hub the whole time. On Friday the tracking showed as out for delivery but the parcel did not arrive. I could not get through on the phone until the system showed the parcel back at the hub. I then phoned customer services and said I would drive to the hub to collect. They said fine and they would call ahead. Upon arriving at the hub 4 others had similar stories. After waiting well over 1 hour we were all told to go home and that the supervisor James Byrd would call us within 1hour. He has not. This is an absolute joke of a company at the highest level. Apparently another supervisor Kalina Latto had walked past us all but clearly Kalina did not have the good manners to update us. Avoid at all costs. The fact the collection point has a TV shows they expect people to be waiting a while.

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star , never ever ever use this delivery company if you expect to receive your items , mine are almost a week late and all I keep getting is your parcel is delayed for 24hrs , first the driver said he was unable to access my address which is impossible and I have a camera and waited in all day (liar) and then after numerous phone calls , parcel searching etc I still didn't receive my parcel , they are the most unreliable people I have ever heard of in my life and I will never order anything again if its delivered by this sad excuse for a company , ceo tobias meyers really needs to take a closer look at whose driving his company into the ground , as he will find out when my email reaches him !!!! Vile ,useless and disgusting !!

Terrible experience, drivers failed to deliver the package for 3 days straight despite me being at home watching from the window to track their arrival. They quote ridiculous reasons such as not finding the address (incorrect, easily retrievable via gps, it's smack in the centre of the town) or not being to access the building (again false as I was at the door waiting, no attempt was made whatsover). Please avoid this company at all costs, at least using the Coventry branch!
