Was a bit apprehensive at first, was recommended by a friend, was not disappointed, quirky fixtures and fittings, lovely atmosphere, staff were great very friendly, great service, food was excellent, could have chilled for hours, nice and relaxed, will definitely return.

First time at Hoyster and will definitely be going back. Fabulous place and very friendly staff. We only had a couple of light bites but they were delicious. Can’t wait to try more of their menu.

Great food and lovely service however we've been caught out by the 'walk in' situation, multiple times. It just doesn't work.

Visited many times and it's always been a great experience. The food is top quality and cocktails are the best in the area. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and fab service with a smile every time. Makes you feel very welcoming and we keep returning!

So disappointed in this place. Took what felt like a lifetime for the waiters to come to take our food orders, they took our drinks order quick enough though.The food came after another good wait, I ordered sticky Korean ribs, not sticky and not Korean and just 4 of them with bearly any meat on came with kimchi which was more coleslaw than kimchi!! No flavour.My lad ordered some kind of burger which was ment to come with pickles, slaw and other bits, it came on bread not bun with the same pickle flavour coleslaw as the ribs with nothing else. Not worth the money or trip down there. Shan't be returning and wouldn't recommend.

New menu is nice! Some lovely options. Recommend the pork and bean stew as a lovely winter warmer. Service was good, live music was super loud and made it difficult to catch up with family once it had started, rather than being a nice background vibe

Nice food, but it's a bit pricey for tapas. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the shops over the road have parking (says its for customers on the precinct). During the day, it felt dirty because of the junk shop theme, but I guess it looks trendy at night. 1st visit was late afternoon so I'd like to come in the evening when there appears to be live music.
