Tracey has magic hands!! She gives the most amazing massage treatments ever. I see her every 4-6 weeks for a treatment as I do lots of weights and resistance work at the gym, she irons out the kinks everytime and I feel inches taller when I leave.I have had emergency neck treatments which have fixed me almost instantly. She has also helped me fix a few long term niggles too which I thought I was stuck with.Even if you don't have injuries or a specific need I thoroughly recommend a treatment with Tracey.

Tracey is very knowledgable and combines massage with kinesiology to achieve the best results. I suffer especially with a tight neck muscles, which Tracey always manages to relieve. I would highly recommend her.

Tracey is wonderful! She will find every knot in your body and it will be gone! Not only has she hands of steel she can switch her treatments to link kinesthetically too - so an amazing all round well-being treatment! Thoroughly recommend!
