Had windows done by themSubstandard workNoise and cold air still comingAsked to fixBeen told you have heating on that's why windows steamupChecked on webCalled them many times to rectify patio door cold air is coming through closed door .came after many calls . tighten screws and left.Bedroom are cold .I cannot get hold of Terry .I wish I had used some other company .Very bad customer serviceI still owe him 500He has to prove to me the windows are A rated and rectify the workThen I will pay him .

We ordered bespoke made bifold, window and roof light and Terry came out to measure up to ensure the measurements were accurate , prompt and efficient service from the start. After a slight delay - due to glass distribution - we had all three fitted today by James and his team- prompt arrival at the time stated and installed by lunch time . Excellent job . Very impressed as we needed to get James back to look at the bifold as lock was sticking- he was back to our house within 10 mins of my call and fixed the issue - thank you to all the team at Such Developments. Excellent Customer Service, Great Quality product, we needed some bespoke colour matched products, to tie in Oak on one side and a Sandstone look on the internal to match with an aluminium product, Our Shepherd Hut needed new windows and doors so not a typical routine job James Craig and Terry all provided a level of service we would be happy to recommend to friends. Despite asking politely for remedial work to be carried out we were fobbed off with excuses for over 6 months, we have now had the work rectified by an outside firm, shocking customer care, do not use this Company there is no back up service and their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on
