Bramcote Dental Practice

I had an amazing experience at this practice following a dental emergency. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating when I needed urgent dental care.The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My dentist (Nigel Saynor) was so skilled and efficient, addressing my issue with both care and consideration. I’m so grateful for their prompt and professional service - truly a lifesaver! I highly recommend them for anyone in need of dental care.

I went to see Dr. Nigel Saynor for the first time in March at Bramcote Dental Practice for an implant and bone graft. I chose Nigel having listened to my husband's glowing reports about the implant Nigel did for him, and especially having read the excellent reviews here.I had already had one implant elsewhere, and although I couldn't fault the implantologist's work and professionalism, the time it took from tooth extraction to the final visit was excessive ( nine visits over a 10-month period, including a visit to CT Dent in Altrincham for a CT scan ) and this didn't include a bone graft or a temporary crown (it was a back tooth so I wasn't bothered about the temporary gap).I was therefore overwhelmed when Nigel and his team practically performed the whole implant procedure on my first visit (at my request)! This included a CT scan (saving me a trip to CT Dent) and x-rays, an initial consultation, a tooth extraction, and an implant with significant bone grafting followed by a beautiful temporary crown. All this took just 30 minutes and was practically painless. For the rest of the day I suffered minimal pain with the help of Ibuprofen, and by the next morning, no painkillers were required.I returned to Nigel and his team last week to have my permanent crown fitted over my implant. This was scheduled to be four months after the initial treatment, but I delayed it significantly due to other commitments and also because the temporary crown was perfectly adequate as well as aesthetically pleasing. Having the permanent crown fitted was a breeze and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so much!I would, without hesitation, recommend Nigel and his team for their efficiency, expertise, and professionalism.

The best treatment I have ever received from any dentist Dr Nigel Saynor is a very clever man with years of experience under his belt . He is very knowledgeable and has a excellent team to support him I have had extensive treatment this year including 2 top rear implants and a full top bridge. The results are amazing I am still on going with my treatment as I was quite a complex case I feel like a new man thank you Nigel and team see you soon. my treatment has now finally come to the end and l could not be happier with the results l shall be returning to bramcote dental practice for my regular dental appointments.A big thankyou to nigel and his brilliant team.

I have recently moved to Bramcote dental surgery, after some dental problems at my existing practice. I am absolutely delighted with the care provided by Nigel, Ijaz and Deborah. The practice offers extremely professional advice and care. My only regret is that I did not move to Bramcote thirty years ago. I would highly recommend.Thanks to everyone at the practice

I presented with a long standing dental problem which had proved difficult to resolve. Consultation and speedy treatment quickly resoved this issue. Dr N Sayner and his team gave excellent treatment and important for me great psychological support. Would highly recommend

After overcoming my fear, I met with the hygienist Becky today and as soon as I came in I was made to feel incredibly comfortable. I can’t thank the staff at Bramcote enough for making my experience a positive one. Very impressed with the clean and polish I received and I was given tons of information about the procedure itself and how to prevent build up on my teeth again. I was definitely put at ease knowing the staff that work at Bramcote are so knowledgeable. I will only trust Bramcote with my teeth from now on!Thanks again to Nigel, Becky and the team :)
