Excellent service. Outside Clinic came to assess my elderly father who cannot leave the house because of long COVID. The optician went above and beyond in terms of thoroughness and we were so impressed with her approach and professionalism. Thanks so much.

The service provided was excellent. The optician was very thorough and complete in her examination of my husband's sight. I can confidently recommend this service for anyone unable to get to a high street optician easily.

Very good experience. The eye test was carried out within a couple of weeks of first contacting OutsideClinic and the glasses arrived three weeks later. They needed a slight adjustment and are now perfect. Only negative comment I can make is that when I called to arrange the adjustment I then had to wait for someone to call me to find out what the problem was. Then wait another week for someone else to call to arrange an appointment.

I highly recommend Outside Clinic for the following reasons.Telephone staff were very polite and efficient.The home visit was conducted in an extremely pleasant and professional manner. The examiner was a credit to your company and did not try to sell me expensive glasses.My order was processed and delivered to me in good time (within two weeks).I am very pleased with the quality of the glasses and strong cases, therefore happy to recommend this company.

The experience was a lot better than I was expecting. The anxiety settled with the girl that came. She has a nice calming voice and has the right attitude for someone like me. I relaxed a bit and that has been the best eye test I have experienced before.

The lady that came was very patient with Judith.She is 83yrs old and her hearing is not that good so she kept asking the same questions. The optician was brilliant and we now have two new pairs of glasses on the way

Terrible. My 94 year old grandmother ordered glasses 8 weeks ago. She was told that they would be ready in 4 weeks and we are still waiting.The optician was meant come today to fit them - he has not turned up and they didn’t have the decency to tell us. I even phoned earlier today to confirm he was coming and was assured he was.Emails I have sent have been unanswered. And mixed messages are given when I phone. Truly shocking service! Avoid and go elsewhere!

The optician who did my eye examination was friendly and efficient and I got as good an exam as I got at the normal optician. I was really happy with the service. The only downside was that the glasses do seem to be dearer than I would have paid at my previous optician.

My 84 year old mother who has dementia saw a lady this week who prescribed her new lenses and frames. She said she didn’t want frames as she liked her existing ones. Horrified to see £255 taken from her account. As her daughter who looks after her health and financial i has no idea this appointment took place. I do think marketing elderly people and those mentally incapable of making decisions should be looked at. I have now cancelled the order as it would have taken 6 weeks for new glasses to arrive. Not to mention expensive frames and add ons my mother didn’t understand. Full refund received thank you but please don’t target elderly people with dementia who don’t understand what they’re paying for.

Overall, excellent service. Friendly optician came to my father's house to test his eyes and prepare new reading and distance spectacles for him. This was very convenient as he is disabled. Choosing the frames was easy as the optician made sensible suggestions which suited my dad. Glasses arrived by post 3 weeks later. Perfect fit.
