WSL Will Writing

The company made the writing of our wills a very easy and efficient process. We were very happy with the outcome. Recommended.

Rob Owen was a delight to meet. We felt very informed of all the correct legal details. All the information was explained in detail and we are very happy with the out come of our wills. Would highly recommended.

Stuart was very clear in speaking to us and answered our questions. A lot to take in I must admit but I think he did a good job and put us at ease.

For my first time doing a will , they were very good at explaining everything so that I understand what needed to be , I didn't feel rushed in any decision, they came to our home as my partner us very ill and would not of been able to go to their office

Mr. O,Brian was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Very happy with the outcome of our meeting.

My partner and I joined WSL in August 2022 so it's a year of sub-optimal service that has prompted me to write this review.WSL talk a great game and their salesman was friendly and convincing. BUT, what isn't explained in the sales pitch and brochure is that any amendment takes a minimum of 30 days, if you're lucky.You can cancel the contract within 30 days but conveniently for WSL, it takes over 30 days for them to get the first draft back to you.....so you can't really gauge their quality of service until it's too late.As an example: The first draft of our wills and POA was littered with mistakes. Names of beneficiaries were wrong, wishes misconstrued, and trying to get simple things changed took months to get right. When I complained to the salesman, he tried to make a joke out of it and I had to remind him that I didn't find it funny.Just under 2 months ago, I sent a simple amendment to my POA and will and nothing has been actioned. I've just rung and asked for a status update and was told they are behind" but now apparently will expidite my request.This level of service is unacceptable for something that is expensive and important. I shudder to think how they will handle my eventual demise."

It was a very positive experience, all my questions were answered and several I hadn't thought of were throughly explained. I am glad that I have started the process it's given me a certain sense of peace of mind
