Great friendly smile yo greet me. They can get me the tyre I need at reasonable, just been to Kwikfit. They have none of that tyre in stock anywhere in the country. Booked in for Monday.

The service at the garage is good. However, they won’t update your service record. I had my car serviced here. But one and half on still they haven’t provided my service report. I only had my car serviced in order to have a good service record. Otherwise my car was absolutely fine. Still calling them and asking for my service record. I would’ve given them 5 star if they had to messed up with my service record.

I heard negative things about Halfords auto centres, but very glad I didn't listen as I have had a few issues crop up that no other garage could sort however Halfords could. Been there ever since. The staff are great and very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help out.

Went down to Shrewsbury Autocentre to have a new battery fitted. They were the dream! My 5 year old had been complaining of being bored and Ellie (behind the desk, massive shout out) gave him some pens and paper and he then contentedly drew away whilst we waited for someone to fit the battery. We rocked up without an appointment but even so the wait was minimal and all the staff were professional and friendly. 10/10 thank you so much!

Took my car here for an MOT recently. The MOT failed with a few 'major' defects. It was recommended I take it to a main dealer to sort. I instead found a nearby garage with good reviews and they phoned to tell me the major defects were nowhere near as bad as originally claimed by Halfords. The new garage sorted me a MOT the same day. A real shame as the lady on reception at Halfords was friendly enough.
