CHEATING - CHEATING- CHEATING- CHEATINGReally disappointed and felt cheating with service provided here - screen repair done same day £60 for P30 lite. They said warranty covers 1 year. I got the phone back with the screen taped on which I accepted as the adhesive had to cure. I found the new screen was purplish color. I was working away so I didn't get a chance to return to shop immediately, I thought we have a warranty for a year so should be ok. But the when I went today they said to replace the proper screen I need to pay more money. It seems they knew that that are replacing inferior quality screen which they never discuss with me otherwise I would have paid more money for the proper screen.The intension of the business is to rip off the people. My eyes getting strained by looking at the purple screen and I need to wear the glass due to their cheating behavior. The shop manager didn't care and very irresponsible reply. I am going to take this cheating behavior to next step. This shop should be closed to save innocent people.

Took my iPad Air (4th Gen) with a cracked screen to these guys. All sorted in less than 24hrs. Price was cheaper than a nearby competitor and they wanted 3 to 5 days to do it. I also purchased a screen protector from Teck Repair at a good price. Definitely will be coming straight here in the future. Thank you

Sold an iPhone 13 today at a reasonable price and was told the money would be in my account within 10 mins. After 30 mins it wasn’t in so returned to the store to be told there is a delay and was promised that it would be in the account within 2hrs. The store was then closed and eventually went in 6hrs later. Tried contacting the numbers the staff gave me but was ignored. Take the money before you leave the shop is my advice….

My iPhone 12 wasn’t switching on anymore and I went to the apple store and they tried to tell me that the phone is broken and it will cost £369. They wanted me to buy a new phone and tried to sell me many other things. Luckily i said, let me go to my local repair shop and they fixed the issue (battery) within one our and it was less than £80 and also gave me a free case.Honestly, they saved me a lot of money and great service! Definitely recommend coming here, to hard workers that can relate to us, rather than trying to rip us off!

Disgraceful company that has no issues with ripping off children. Sells ex-display products pretending they are new, with defects and happily blames the child for them. Cheap Chinese products, sold at massively inflated prices, there's no logical reason to shop here, unless you like being ripped off.
