Newquay Beach Hotel
The food here is absolutely exquisite and the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I found my room a bit small. Friendly staff and the kind young man on night shift reception duty gave me a free coffee to go with a cigarette as I waited for my early morning taxi to take me to the airport. They swiped my debit card at check in but no money was taken out. There is also a large smoking terrace at the front of the hotel which is good.

The most wonderful experience.The staff were SO kind, accommodating and helpful.The cleanliness of the hotel, it’s perfect location and delicious food makes it one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time.5 stars and will be returning!

Newquay Beach Hotel
Absolutely lovely little hotel in Newquay. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, really going above and beyond to help us during our stay. We stayed in a small double, but it was a good size and didn't feel small. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast and a brilliant location. I definitely recommend this hotel.

5 star service from reception, room service and the restaurant.Lots of variety for breakfast, delicious meals and warm drinks. The Chef truly loves what she does, its clear in the presentation of the food and creativity of the menu. The wait staff were so friendly and catered to our needs so well.Rooms were made up everyday and all the essentials needed were in the room without us having to ask at all.Laundry service was a breeze too.I was truly blown away with the modern, classy atmosphere of this hotel.My husband and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly.Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

Newquay Beach Hotel
Absolutely comfortable place to stay in Newquay. The staff are so kind and pleasant and they really went out of their way to deliver the best service! The breakfast was very well prepared and served. A variety of options to choose from their menu for breakfast. The location is so convenient as it is in close proximity to the train station, ASDA supermarket, restaurants and beaches. Definitely our first choice when we visit Newquay again!

Great Staff , great food , great location.As some reviews have said the carpet on the stairs is worn. The decor is very nice and I liked the fish tank in the reception area.I had breakfast included and it was definitely worth the price. The rooms are decor nicely and have rain showers which is rare to see it a lot of hotels.The beds themselves are fine. I had better and had a lot worse . Previous reviews mentioned bad smells and I can say I didn’t notice anything.This brings me into the staff. All the staff I spoke to were insanely helpful and will escort you to your room.I had quite a few questions about the area and they gave great suggestions. I asked about parking , food and what it’s like in the summer.I did have an issue with the bed frame broken. However this was rectified straight away.The quality of the included soap and shampoo was very good too. The room was clean and toilet paper was folded into a decorative shape.I would stay again . One thing to note in the winter the restaurant isn’t open Monday - Wednesday. Also you need to pay separately for parking. (I recommend pre booking)

Newly refurbished rooms. Excellent value for money. (We visited off season) excellent service, pleasant and helpful staff. High speed WiFi and brilliant kitchen.

Newquay Beach Hotel
Newquay Beach Hotel is fine if you aren’t planning to spend much time in the room and just need a place to crash close to the beach. It’s right across the street from a popular beach. Rooms were clean and staff was able to check us in early. Restaurant didn’t seem worth it so we ate elsewhere. Make sure you pay for parking. (I would skip Newquay altogether if this is your first time in Cornwall).

Hotel smells foul and the decor is cheap and tacky.I have stayed in 1 star hostels in Thailand that smelt better then this place - the hotel has a strange foul odour that permeates everything.The carpets in the hall are filthy and gag inducing and the decor is a strange combination of hit and miss home decor that is inappropriate and in some instances (e.g the table place mats) unsanitary for a hotel.We had to request sheets as we did not feel comfortable sleeping under their duvet due to the stench. The stench is not the fault of the cleaner or cleaning as the bathroom was spotless - we believe its the owners prioritising short term profit by cutting corners with smelly filthy cheap carpet, smelly soft furnishings, poor ventilation and a hoover bag that needs changing or washing.The sausage at breakfast was unpleasant - the staff for the most part are nice and accommodating.The location of the hotel is outstanding but you could not pay me to stay there again.

Newquay Beach Hotel
I enjoyed my experience here! The room and location are great. Super close to two beaches and the rail station. The staff were awesome and super helpful. Only issues were that there’s no lift (but the staff helped me carry my bags) and the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner.
