A well stocked but tightly packed store. Several staff on hand but any more than a couple of people looking at shoes and no-one can get what their after. It's bonkers. An older store that is in need of a refurb. Not recommended if you have access to another store!

Found some useful kit for my spring Highland adventure. The staff were very helpful. With the discount club card and an additional discount for membership in another club I left paying a competitive price for all items...

Nice and long opening hours, good service, good range of goods and prices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. On site parking.

As a building it's terrible, wrong location and it's outdated, but once you look past that the staff are friendly, yes there could be more but with how much online has taken over you can't have 30 members of staff, the ones you do find tend to be trained or at least know another that they will get, no question is too big or goes unanswered.Some areas like the footwear box" area is small but the staff will shoot of to try and find what you are after (it's a little bit of an odd ball of a store).Upstairs there is lots of well stocked shelves and usually only 1 person running around but they know about all the products and if they can't answer they get this guy (who seems to be everywhere) and he answers with great knowledge.All in all the staff and products are amazing just a shame you have to look past the facts that the carpark is horrible

Parking is at the back of the store on a one- way system (you go down the LHS of the store - not that clear from signage). Wide range of stock. Staff very helpful at sorting out DofE and membership card combination. The person on the tills knew his stuff. Good experience overall.

lovely! great customer service and really helped. annoying thing is that they didn’t have much stock to help me or the family but it’s okay because everyone here is lovely. really recommend coming

I just want to say a massive thank you to Paul. He helped me choose a rucksack for hiking, trying different ones until we found the best fit. He gave me lots of amazing advice and even took up some of his lunch break in order to help me. The rucksack ended up being perfect and the trip went really well all thanks to his kindness and advice. Thank you Paul!

First time visiting Go Outdoors since it's moved premises and reading mixed reviews online I wasn't sure what to expect.I've got to say I was pretty impressed. The store looked clean and tidy and had plenty of selection. I'm guessing it's had new flooring as it looks different to the pictures online.The staff are really friendly and helpful too especially Michelle. Our little black lab took a shine to her as well. It was a really positive experience today and we will definitely go back :o). A message for Michelle, just to let you know our lab will remember that you gave her a treat so no doubt she will try to find you next time we visit ;o)
